    Ortha Faye Lewis, 78, of Malvern passed away Friday, August 29, 2014. Ortha was born July 5, 1936 in Dover, AR to Alvin and Arlena (Miller) Metz.
    Ortha is predeceased by her parents; sister, Nellie Jane Williams; daughter, Sarah Ella; and son, Marion Wayne Gardner.
    Ortha is survived by her son, John R. Lukach; daughters, Janice Franklin of Malvern and Tammie Odem of Hot Springs; 3 brothers; 5 sisters; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
    A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 6:00 PM at New Beginnings Baptist Church.
